LOL, I'm strawberry shortcake, too! I especially like the strawberry shortcake from Ivanhoe's in Upland, IN!!! (a favorite) You will have bike over and have some--and we'll talk writing. Wouldn't that be fun?

Carrot cake. Absolutely. Even if I had decided earlier no dessert tonight.
I know this will shock you but I chose carrot cake. I don't usually go for chocolate on chocolate. It's a little much for even me!

Carrot cake, since neither lemon pound cake nor lemon chess pie are on this list and I don't like meringue!
Reality: the only one on the list I can eat is ice cream...once in a blue moon.
